This is an equipment free fat burning cardio core circuit that includes all Bodyweight movements. This workout can be done at home, or ANYWHERE! All you need is some space and energy to push through! 

Workout:

Set a 15 minute timer, and at the top of every minute for 15 minutes complete:

👉🏾5 plank tucks

👉🏾5 plank up and downs 

👉🏾5 plank shoulder taps (5 each arm)

Complete these ALL in the SAME minute. Whatever time is left over is your rest time! Complete this routine at the top of every minute for 15 minutes!
