Macros:
 • 229 calories

Ingredients: 
 • * 2 wheatabix 
 • * 150ml brewed coffee/espresso 
 • * 50g ultra light cream cheese 
 • * 75g 0% fat yogurt 
 • * 3-4 tbsp stevia (or any 0 cal sweetener) 
 • * 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 

* 1 tsp cocoa powder + extra for dusting 

Instructions: 
 • 1. Brew 150ml espresso or coffee and set aside. ( I used 3 tsp espresso powder 150ml boiling water). 
 • 2. In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese, yogurt, sweetener and vanilla until smooth. Set aside. 
 • 3. Soak the wheatbix in the espresso and leave until the espresso has been completely absorbed and you’re left with a thick mixture. 
 • 4. Layer the wheatabix mix and the cream mix - starting with the wheatabix, until there is two

1-2 tbsp honey/maple/ alt (based on preference) 
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil/ nut/ nut butter  • 1/2 cup coffee of choice (I found this equated to ~2 long shots)  • 1.5 cups milk of choice  • *an alternative if you’re not the biggest fan of protein powder. So you’ll need: 
 • - 1 cup room temperature cream cheese
 • - 1.5 cups whipping cream
 • - 1/2 cup sugar
 • - vanilla extract 

- Oreo biscuits & coffee 

For coffee i recommend freshly brewed coffee & not instant coffee 

Depending on the size of your tray, you might need to double the portion of your cream mix. Which is what i did. Freeze for 1-2 hours and serve :)

This tiramisu is perfect to satisfy any quick cravings. It has no alcohol and it’s easy to assemble, the only waiting period is letting the tiramisu set.

INGREDIENTS:
 • (Done in 2 small ramekins) 
 • * 1 Cup Heavy Cream
 • * 2 Tablespoon of Powder Sugar
 • * 1/2 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract **optional
 • * 1/2 Cup of Mascarporne Cheese 
 • * 8 Lady Fingers
 • * 1/2 Cup of Hot Coffee/Espresso
 • * 1 Cup of Sliced Strawberries 

* 1 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder

INSTRUCTIONS:
 • 1. Blend heavy cream and powder sugar for 10 seconds till smooth and fluffy.
 • 2. Add the mascarpone into the cream till smooth.
 • 3. Dip the ladyfingers quickly into the hot coffee and set into the ramekin.
