10min · 1 serving     Roasted Tomato 🍅 Garlic 🧄 chutney Ingredients:  • Tomatoes 🍅 4-5  • Garlic 🧄 1 pod  • Red chilli 🌶 2-3 broken   • Urad dal (split black gram) 1 tsp   • Chana dal (split Bengal gram) 1tsp   • Jeera(cumin seeds) 1 tsp   • Oil 2tsp  • Procedure:  In a hot pan add jeera, chana dal, urad dal, red chilli 🌶, garlic 🧄. And sauté for 2 minutes.  Add tomatoes 🍅 , salt and cook for 2 minutes. Then covered the pan until mushy.  Cool it for some time and then blend it to a fine paste.
