Tteokbokki 😍
 • Ingredients for rice cakes-
 • Rice flour - 1/2cup
 • Sabudana/sago flour - 5tbsp
 • Corn flour - 1tbsp
 • Salt to taste 
 • Sugar - 1tsp
 • Boiling water - 1cup
 • Microwave for 1:50 minute , take it out mix it well add little water if required and again microwave for 1:20 minutes. Let it cool for few minutes , pour some oil and knead the dough nicely. Roll it and cut into small pieces. You can store rice cakes in refrigerator for few days.
 • Ingredients for sauce/gravy -
 • Oil - 2tbsp
 • Garlic cloves - 4-5
 • Chilli flakes - 1tsp
 • Sesame seeds - 1tbsp
 • Sugar - 1tsp
 • Red chilli powder - 2tsp
 • Salt to taste 
 • Maggi hot and sweet sauce - 2tbsp
 • Soya sauce - 2tsp
 • Water - 1cup
 • Coriander
