 • 1. Boiled & Mashed Potatoes 1cup
 • 2. Onions Chopped 2 to 3 tbsp
 • 3. Tomatoes Chopped 2 to 3 tbsp
 • 4. Green chilli 1 or 2
 • 5. Mint leaves 2 tbsp
 • 6. Tamarind Chutney (imli ki chutney) 2 tbsp
 • 7. Dried Mango Powder (Aamchur) 1 tsp
 • 8. Salt to taste
 • 9. Maggi Masala/ Pav Bhaji Masala 1tsp
 • 10. Mint /Coriander Chutney 2 to 3 tbsp
 • 11. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
 • 12. Monaco Biscuits 1 packet
 • 13. Aloo Bhujia Sev/ any Sev Namkeen.

Method : 
 • 1. In a bowl add Mashed Potatoes, onion, tomatoes, chilli, mint leaves, tamarind Chutney, Dried mango powder, salt, lemon juice, maggi masala, mint chutney and mix everything well.
 • 2. Now put this potato mixture on one Monaco Biscuits and cover it with other .
 • 3. Dip the edges of this Monaco Bi
