COOKIE BAKED OATMEAL!

Ingredients

* ๏ปฟ๏ปฟ1/2 cup oats

* ๏ปฟ๏ปฟ1/2 banana (the spottier the better!)

* ๏ปฟ๏ปฟ1 egg

* ๏ปฟ๏ปฟ1/4 cup milk of choice (I used oat milk)

* ๏ปฟ๏ปฟ1 tbsp sweetener (optional- today I used coconut sugar)

* ๏ปฟ๏ปฟPinch of salt

* ๏ปฟ๏ปฟ1/4 tsp baking soda

* ๏ปฟ๏ปฟChocolate chips

How to

* ๏ปฟ๏ปฟadd all ingredients (except chocolate chips) to a blender and blend until fully combined

* ๏ปฟ๏ปฟpour batter into an oven-safe baking dish

* ๏ปฟ๏ปฟtop with chocolate chips

* ๏ปฟ๏ปฟbake at 350F for 20-25 ish minutes

Banana Bread Overnight Oats๐Ÿ˜ This recipe is vegan & gluten-free! These overnight oats are such a delicious and easy breakfast idea! You can make these the night before and youโ€™ll have a ready breakfast waiting in the fridge when you wake up!๐Ÿคฉ

Ingredients:
 โ€ข 1 mashed banana*
 โ€ข 1/2 cup oats or buckwheat flakes (120 ml)
 โ€ข 3/4 cup almond milk (180 ml)
 โ€ข 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
 โ€ข 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
 โ€ข 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

toppings:
 โ€ข 1 tablespoon peanut butter
 โ€ข a few banana slices or some berries

Instructions:
 โ€ข 1. Mix all the ingredients together
 โ€ข 2. Scoop into a glass/jar/container
 โ€ข 3. Cover and let set in the fridge for at least three hours, rather overnight
 โ€ข 4. Add your toppings and enjoy!

recipe to make two  1 cup oats 2 tbsp vanilla yogurt 1 cup milk  raspberry jam 1 cup raspberries (i am using frozen) 3tbsp water squeeze of lemon juice 1tsp honey (optional)  3-4 tbsp Vanilla yogurt handful of fresh raspberries  prepare the oats and leave them in the fridge over night.  In a pot on medium heat add the raspberries and water, let it cook for 5min. Then add a squeeze of lemon juice + 1 tsp honey(optional) and let it cook until it thickens while stirring continuously.  Assemble the oats, add 2tbsp oats, 1tbsp raspberry jam, 1tbsp Vanilla yogurt,1tsp jam,1tbsp oats, yogurt.
