CAKE BATTER : • Measurement cup - 200 ml Dry Ingredients: • wheat flour –1 1/2 cup • Sugar or Jaggery Powder – 1 cup • Cocoa powder – 1/4th cup • Baking soda – 1 tsp • Salt – ½ tsp Custard powder or Cornflour – 1 tbsp Wet Ingredients: • Hot water – 1 1/4th cup • Oil – 1/4th cup • Vanilla essence – 1 tsp • Coffee powder – 1 tbsp Vinegar or Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp Steps: • 1. Mix all the dry ingredients.Make a cavity. • 2. Mix all the wet ingredients in the cavity. • 3. whisk gently till all mixed. Don’t Over-mix the cake batter. • 4. Bake in a preheated oven @180*C for 45 mins.
