Method: 1. Take a large circular plate or platter. Mine is 30cm wide. If yours is bigger you may need more berries. 2. Spread a ring of vanilla yoghurt all along the outside in a circle. 3. Add a layer of mint leaves to cover the yoghurt. 4. Spread blackberries on top of the mint. 5. Add strawberries - slice any large strawberries into halves or quarters. 6. Top with raspberries. 7. Dust with icing sugar and serve.
