Feeling calm in today's world is harder than ever but there are things we can do to help us feel a little less edgy. We can try different things until we find something that works for us in our situation. We are all different, so it's important to do what's best for us. When we master one thing, we can move onto the next. It's important to take things slowly as trying to do too many things at once can be overwhelming.
