Futakuchi-onna is a yokai, looking like a regular woman but she has two mouthes : one on her face and another at the back of her head, under her hair. This mouth asks to be feeded a lot, it is always hungry. If it is not feeded, she would wisper threats or horrible things, it could even scream or cause awful pain to her owner.
