The role of Chair is to ensure the Out at Tesco objectives are met, and provide a clear strategy for the next 6 to 12 months. The Chair is responsible for leading the Champions programme, Marketing and ME N T O R I N G R E P R E S E N T A T I V E
Mentoring streams. The Chair liaises with the Diversity Manager, Business sponsors and Champions. The Chair drives the annual business plan, is consulted on any proposed policy changes by the Diversity Links mentors and mentees across the country;
