Its laid out pretty well, the transaction was smooth, shipping was quick and reasonable, and item was a described. I think most dealers on there are full time with a lot of brick and mortar stores listing so you're dealing with pros.

This wasn’t my first purchase from Gear Focus and I doubt it will be my last! The people I have dealt with have been friendly and extremely helpful. The equipment I have purchased all have been in excellent condition. I made the mistake of purchasing a reconditioned lens from Nikon and I returned it the same day it was junk! I learned of Gear Focus and purchased the same lens from them and it was like new! They are my go to place now for all my camera needs. I made this purchase of two Nikon lenses and a Swing/Shift Bellows also Nikon. The package was very well packed and shipped the next day, delivery was right on time as well! Overall you can’t go wrong with doing business with Gear Focus. I highly recommend them. Now my only problem will be more people to compete with in the equipment I want to purchase!

Purchase was exactly as stated and at the best price I could find on the net. I've put the Canon 70D through its paces and found it 100% operational and the upgrade from my starter Rebel is amazing. The articulating screen is worth the cost of the camera alone.

New management - they were very helpful, responsive to queries and excellent customer service all round. Unfortunately they are still small so not many eyeballs. I think they would benefit from a fee reduction to attract new customs who want to save on eBay fees...

I am an average consumer of camera gear and have had numerous successful sales transactions with Gear Focus. With Gear Focus I have never experienced any hassles with scams or flaky transactions that are prevalent on other sites. Gear Focus is very reasonable with their seller fees and the value that I get is well worth the small fee for selling items hassle free. Shipping is easy, affordable and straight forward. For me the absolute best part of using Gear Focus has been their excellent customer support. If you have questions or any type of issue with your account or a transaction an actual person (Beth, you are awesome!) will respond very promptly with an answer or a solution. Selling or buying expensive camera or electronics can be stressful because of the high value of these items. Gear Focus has consistently taken the stress and worry out of the equation for me. As an actual user of Gear Focus I can highly recommend their service.
