The support of Kadence is always available to provide help to clients. We have sought assistance from Bonn of Kadence recently for form submission, SMTP , auto acknowledgement email, etc. and thank you very much for his patience and guidance to get all problems resolved quickly. We have used Kadence for a few year for our blog site and WooCommerce store. We are sure Kadence theme is the best in terms of product quality and technical support. Highly recommended.

I will only delve into the free customer service kadence provides, not any other services. The customer service was top tier, was helped very thoroughly by Darian who helped me solve an issue which ai could not help me on in any way, shape or form so glad to see these services still exist and will remain relevant!

They were incredibly hands-on and responsive to all our questions and block-issues. They looked at our site to sort a quick fix, all within hours of contact. Highly recommend for customer support. Bonn Joel was a wonderful help.

New to Kadence, but one thing is REAL...the support team does reply to EVEN the free plans like myself...lol.
I had an issue that I attributed to the theme; however, it was not, and support helped help me find the issue, and it worked.
Awesome.
AND I might add, such service on the free theme, I can BET it is even more on the upgraded theme.

Kadence for life(time) is the best theme I've been working with without being a web developer and I can always do what I imagine and the support is very helpful those few times I have got any problem.

In the past, I was using various different WordPress page builders but I was never really satisfied with them. Builders like Elementor seem great in the beginning but they have 2 very critical downsides:
1) they come with so much ballast code that they will slow down your website immensely
2) they don't really create a fully accessible structure

Finally Kadence seems to be solving both of these issue as it relies on the built in Block Editor of WordPress. Not only is my website a lot more accessible now, I also get consistent Google PageSpeed Scores of 99-100 for Desktop and 94-98 for Mobile. And all of that without the use of a CDN or a caching plugin!

I've used the Virtue theme for several years now and their customer support is just amazing. I maintain my own website and they have helped me past tricky points a few times now and each time they were speedy, professional and told me how to fix my issue.

Their team is professional, responsive, and truly helpful. The products are high quality, well-designed, and perfect for building a professional website.

I recently changed my freelancing web design projects to KadenceWP after I had been struggling to find unbloated themes, and it totally changed my working style. Theme and blocks are so light and quick that they load quickly and offer rich customization options in an easy, to, understand manner, no need for coding to get professional results, even with WooCommerce stores.

By the way, their support team members like Anthony and Chito replied very fast with videos and exact fixes for my form integration issue so this will be my main source for all future sites.

KadenceWP and Blocks are amazing. The ability to design whatever your imagination can think of. Plus it's fast and the design library of starter sites are simply beautiful. The next test is customer support. This turns out to be quite fantastic too! There's a personal touch where the agent (in this instance Erin Moriah) reaches out and is able to offer genuine support. Not a 2 word stock answer. If Kadence continues to sparkle I see a very bright and promising future.

FANTASTIC after trying a few free themes and wasting a lot of time building my website they crashed my site or reduce speed or just couldn’t customise them enough. Kadence is RELIABLE Stable Robust has way more options for customising WP and it’s free.
