Murwal does not contact client and does not devlier
Murwal forces to pay delivery costs 3.95 euros for the next 24/48h. There is no way to remove that cost.
An email was sent by them informing about an issue and items will take longer. Then, a new email after 4 days saying that items were delivered. I have sent 2 emails to them because the items HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED. Additionally, if they are not delivered ONTIME, 3.95euros MUST BE REFUNDED. I want my whole money or you to deliver the items ASAP and refund the 3.95euros. It´ll be appreciated you to answer emails since you do not have any phone contact!
