I was on the fence about the AS1200, but it’s turned into a reliable home-office backup. I really like the display—being able to see the remaining runtime at a glance is surprisingly useful. Overall, it’s been a solid purchase.
Picked up the C200 for on-location shoots. It’s been great for keeping a router/hotspot, small lights, and phones topped off for hours. The manual could use a few more real-world examples, but the basics are easy to figure out.
Bought the C400 for storm season backup. For its capacity, it’s a manageable size, though I still prefer using two hands to move it safely. The fan is noticeable in a quiet room, but it’s still far less disruptive than running a gas generator.
We keep the UDPOWER unit at a tiny off-grid cabin we’re slowly fixing up. Typical load is a few LED lights, phone chargers, and sometimes a small fan. On sunny days we top it up with a portable solar panel. I like that I can quickly glance at the display to see how much power is going out and how long it will last. It won’t run big tools all day, but for basic comfort and electronics it’s been great.

UPS dropped the box off two days earlier than the original estimate, which was a nice surprise. The outer carton had the usual “hazardous battery“ labels and a small scuff on one side, but inside the power station was snug in foam and looked brand new. All the cables were in separate little bags, so nothing was rattling around loose.

I bought this mainly to run my CPAP during outages. I tested it on a Friday night and it ran my machine through the whole night without any alarms or hiccups. I had a question about whether I should use the DC output or the AC outlet for better efficiency, and support got back to me the next morning with a clear answer. Knowing this is sitting next to the bed makes me feel a lot less nervous about storms.

Ordered the AS1200 as a backup for power outages at home. Shipping took about a week, which was fine, and the box came with plenty of foam around the unit. First thing I did was plug in our Wi-Fi router, a lamp, and my kid's laptop - everything worked without any weird buzzing or noise. It's heavier than I pictured from the photos, but that's probably normal for the battery size.

I picked up the UDPOWER S1200 mainly for our small travel trailer. Honestly I wasn’t sure it would handle the fridge plus lights, but it did better than I expected. We ran the 12V fridge, a couple of LED lights, and charged two phones in the evening and the battery was still above 50% when we went to bed. It’s not super light, but it’s still manageable to move in and out of the RV.

I'm not very tech-savvy, so I emailed UDPOWER before buying to ask if my existing solar panel would work with the S1200. They actually replied with a clear explanation of voltage and wattage in normal language, plus a quick "yes / no" answer for my panel. That gave me enough confidence to place the order, and the setup was pretty much what they described.

I keep the C400 in my semi truck as my "everything charger". I plug it into the truck while driving and then use it at night to run my small microwave and charge my phone and tablet. The size is perfect for the cab and it feels solid. The fan kicks on when I nuke something, but it's not crazy loud. This is way nicer than idling the truck just to charge stuff.

There was plenty of technical information, along with a good warranty length, including weight, and specific output.
