Amazing experience with Firmoo
This is my fifth pair of eyeglasses from Firmoo and I'm still very happy with their products. This time I ordered two frames — one clear frame and one gold frame - and both look amazing. The clear frame is modern and stylish, while the gold frame looks very elegant.
The quality of the glasses is great, and they are lightweight and comfortable to wear.
The prescription lenses are accurate as always. I also got a good price with a discount, which made the purchase even better.
Another great thing was the shipping — it arrived faster than it was supposed to. Overall, I've had consistently good experiences with Firmoo, which is why I keep coming back. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for stylish and affordable eyeglasses.

I think I already got like 4 pairs of glasses from them and each time I'm 100% happy with them! Especially when you going to other high street shops and for same thing they telling you price 3× more expensive ! No thank you ! Misleading "processing" and delivery times.
I ordered single vision sunglasses and paid for Express delivery. The website separates “processing time” and “shipping time”, but nowhere at checkout was there a clear, upfront total delivery date before payment. When I checked the estimated delivery date yesterday, it showed 15 March. Today it shows 17 March. I am due to travel on 15 March.
The issue is not the semantics of processing versus courier time. The issue is transparency. If the realistic total turnaround is 14–16 business days, that should be clearly stated before customers pay for “Express” delivery so we can make an informed decision. Shifting estimated dates after purchase does not inspire confidence.
If you cannot provide a service within a predictable timeframe, do not market it in a way that suggests speed. Customers should not have to piece together processing bands and shipping bands to work out when their order might arrive.
For clarity, Firmoo’s own website states that single vision lenses with a full rim require 2–3 business days for processing, and Express delivery takes 5–7 business days. Even taking the upper end of those ranges, that totals 10 business days. I am now being shown an estimated delivery timeframe of 14–15 business days. That is significantly outside the maximum timeframe advertised. If the real turnaround is closer to three weeks, that should be stated clearly upfront. Advertising shorter timelines and then extending them after purchase is misleading and unacceptable.
I am incredibly tired of companies and their lack of transparency resulting in additional admin for me. If you can't be up front, you get a one star review. This is the second time this week I have had a similar experience with a company and I'm sick of it.
Edit: I explained this in a live chat, the agent said they'd expedite my order but when I asked what that meant, they couldn't tell me and said that if tracking information says the 17 March then I probably won't receive my order before then, despite the fact their very own website tiemframes mean my order should be delivered by 12 March. A total waste of time and money.
In terms of quality I've ordered from the before the the quality was fine but it is not acceptable to charge people for an "express" service with specific time frames you cannot honour.

On arrival they were great...fitted well and the lens were thinner/lighter than my Specsavers pair.
I ordered photochromic and they worked perfect.

My glasses had to be shipped back due to wrong address and it was a frustrating situation. I contacted customer service and they responded back to me quick and without hesitation, determined to help fix the problem. Peter was a lot of help!
