GoJane is my go-to store! The products are excellent, the promotions are great, and shipping is always fast. I recommend them to everyone—so much so that I've gotten many friends to start shopping there. Even my Snapchat hauls generate questions that turn into sales for them. Highly recommend; I'm a loyal fan!

Don't know why someone said they started in 2019 because I've shopped with them for over a decade. They don't have the highest quality clothes but the pictures almost always reflect how thin/not thin the materials are.

If this company hadn't blocked me, I still wouldn't have given them my ongoing patronage. I used to shop from them for years until I had a negative experience with an item. The problems I incurred with their customer service led to my contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge - and they lied to the company. I had the documentation to prove otherwise. Don't know if it's under the same ownership/management as this occurred several years ago, but I was so turned off, I'd never give them my business again.

Go, Jane's clothes look just like what's advertised. They keep me up to date with fashion. As a loyal customer, I never had to ship anything back. I would have given them five stars till this happened. I ordered three pairs of boots, none of them fit. I ordered size nine; the shoes ran small. They fit like 8s. I sent them back. I spent $50 on three pairs of boots! Great deal, right?! Wrong, I had to pay $45 for delivery to ship back. They don't refund shipping.

Ive spent over $1000 dollars on this company. They screwed me- a long time customer. I spent $200 dollars on clothes during a 50% sale. They charged me full price. It should have been 100 not including shipping. The sales representative was rude and basically told me to deal with it because they could not give me a partial refund even though i had documentation. Its fine because I will never shop at GoJane again!!!!

I'd been shopping with go jane for almost 10 years but lately the quality and look of their items has gone way downhill and the prices up. The styles are not cute I don't know if they sold the company or what but it has changed and not for the better.

The shoes from this brand are for people with very skinny, narrow feet, point blank. I think these items are centered around a specific demographic since they are all made in China... I made a good purchase of slippers which are great honesty but would have returned the other two failed shoes I bought, but the shipping fees are NOT worth it. I think it is of poor taste that they do not provide a reduced price for a shipping label they could send you via email (like Forever21 does for example) when you need to make a return/exchange. This alone let’s you know the integrity and caliber of the company – greedy and no sense of customer service or desire for brand loyalty due to their own cheapness. I will be deleting my account and unsubscribing from all emails from this company because I consider them a rip off at this point.

Overall GoJane has beautiful shoes but I'm definitely not pleased when you have issues with the shoes and pretty much get ignored when trying to contact them also having to pay for your on shipping too return the item when it's no fault of you're own. I ordered some heels that has a stain on them that's very visible that I know they were aware of before delivering them to me so for my troubles they should send me out another pair of the same heels in the same size before there completely sold out because they only have one more pair in stock and immediately send me a free shipping label to send these other ones back today!

DO NOT BUY FROM GOJANE , I DIDN'T GET MY ITEMS TOOK THEM WEEKS TO GET BACK TO ME I GOT MONEY BACK BUT DIDNT GET THE FULL AMOUNT BACK. THEY ARE A SCAM DONT BUY FROM THEM

All of my items was what I ordered, I also received them in a timely manner.

I'm in love with this site. They have a great selection of clothing and shoes. Shipping is a little high. But over all it is a good site to shop.

Item descriptions are inaccurate and when you try to request to return, they will not refund shipping charges and pay for return shipping charges when I wouldn't have bought the items if the description were correct. I purchases two pairs of heels described at 3.25inches heel height. Items received and measured at 4inches. I would have not purchased these because I can't wear 4 inches as that height is not comfortable for me to wear all day in an office environment. GoJane customer services did nothing to help. I feel lied to. Will not purchase from here again.

I ordered shoes a week ago. I’ve emailed them about my order & was told it would be delivered today or tomorrow. They told me they shipped it out a couple days after my order. UPS says they have not received it! I’ve emailed multiple times today & a couple of hours ago, they have started the process! But I have to wait another week just to receive my shoes! They’ve put the blame on ups because of the holiday season

STAY AWAY THEY ARE NOT THE SAME!!!

I am a longtime loyal customer but I am really disappointed in how I received my order. I received my order in a poly shipper bag. The box is extremely damaged. Someone used poor judgment in choosing the poly bag. I keep all of my shoe boxes for all of my shoes and rather not have them damaged especially when paying for shipment. To received it like this is unacceptable.

We apologize your shoe box arrived in that condition! When any merchandise is shipped out its almost in perfect condition including the shoe boxes. Unfortunately we are unable to control how the package is handled while in transit to you.

I used to order from go Jane and the prices were great. I see jeans that are wholesale priced at 27 dollars a pair but they have them for 100 dollars and the. Want to say it’s 50% off. This company lost me with the jacked up prices.

I Never received a confirmation email after placing my order. I ordered often years ago and never had this problem. I purchased a pair of cute boots a week ago and I can’t get in touch with customer service to save my life. I’ll just end up disputing the charge. Definitely not the same Gojane. Zero stars zero customer service and zero dollars from me . Toodles lol

I didn’t want to give them one star! Beware customer stay away from this website with ordering shoes. I purchased a pair of sandals for my granddaughter and I needed to return them. The return cost me $13 only for the UPS store to contact me to inform that the address that is on invoice for returns has moved no longer there, no forwarding address. I have been emailing this company now for several weeks and still do not have a solution as of August 26, 2019. The return to Go Jane was made on August 9, 2019. I have been back and forth now with this company with several emails and still no solution.

First they asked for order #, that I provided, then its they want tracking # that i also provided with their response ‘we noted your order and when we receive the merchandise a refund will be issues. Okay Go Jane have you even read my emails? I said the UPS store returned the shoes back to me because you ‘Go Jane” moved leaving no forwarding address. Go Jane has no customer service.
They emailed me today, that informed me they included their new address in the email. Ok shoe lovers, 1st there was no address included in the email, and did they seriously want me to yet again pay to return the shoes to them at my expense? Are they serious? I am already in the red and now Go Jane wants me to go further in the red! This company has bad customer services, and in my opinion i think its a home base company and still today August 26, 2019 I don’t have a solution. Good customer service would have to provided free shipping label to return these shoes!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If you have to return anything you will never receive good customer service nor solution to your problem.

I’m not sure if GoJane has sold their company or what the heck is going on...I used to shop with them all the time.. SUCCESSFULLY....recently I bought a romper with off the shoulder Hawaiian print with ruffles and they sent a strapless (cheap material)Capri jumper, at least it was the same fabric print..smh. I sent them pics and emails but never had a return reply. I ended up giving the Jumper away. I thought that hmmmm maybe it was just a fluke and I’ll give them another try so I order some shoes. The dang soles on the wedges came apart within a few weeks!! I’m so done with this NEW CHEAP VERSION OF GOJANE! Buying from them is too much of a gamble.

If I could give zero stars I would!! Used to spend hundreds of dollars with this company! I ordered shoes for my daughter on 4/30/19 was charged again for the same items on 5/1. Used to be able to get a human on the phone now they cut that off only allowing email. After several complaints via email they refunded the duplicate charge on 5/2 and then guess what?!! Took it again the same day! I did not authorize it they aren’t responding to my emails now I have paid a total of $60.48 for plastic Sandals when my total was only $30.24 filed a complaint with the BBB! I will never shop here again!!
