When Harry gets lost in the halls of Hogwarts during his first year, he comes across a very helpful older student. This encounter changed the trajectory of his seven years at Hogwarts. He loses the rose-coloured glasses he'd had on pretty quickly, learns not all Slytherins ae evil, and widens his circle of friends beyond Ron and Hermione. He also realises that he has people at his side who would do anything to help him, so he doesn't shoulder everything on his own. This is the story of how Harry got one person who was on his side through everything, always, and how that might've changed his life at Hogwarts for the better. ------- This story contains a lot of original character who are a major part of the plot and fashion that isn't quite realistic.
