The Journal:
Monday: fK is back at work and threw the phone at me and we chatted. Teams really is a great tool.
Oh, come on. If you are present at the office and get a cuppa, you talk privately, too.
Also we do minor works meanwhile like sorting e-mail etc.
I sadly heard nothing about the further training. I am too impatient, she said.
Other the tax-software finally worked and weee. New rules: you don´t need an extra workroom anymore, hence I can deduct working from home from tax!
Got some other private, important mail-stuff done and wanted to clean up but sore muscles in my legs and my back hurts like hell from all the bending over under my private PC-place.
Totally windy here:
...tornado in America... Scary coincides...
Tuesday: Drumroll! As I so miss hearing the rain on a tin-roof or a slanted window Ingo bought - to our neighbor´s dismay- three tin-buckets that, upside down, let me hear the rain inside (we live ground floor). Such a nice start to the day!
Then: Taxes again, a pain.
Wednesday, got up as usual, aka 05:00 (I am on hold and could sleep in but naaaah), brought plastic outside and saw: in the paper bin in the corner is still space! By 07:00 I had cut down ALL cartons, brought outside and had the laundry done.
Then got rid of all recycling bottles and did grocery.
Tax-office opened at 08:00. 08:02 I call, they are not open yet. Huh???
Gave them 5 more minutes and ended up in hold-line for 20 minutes!
Thursday: On the way home a little girl with her bike had to wait for her Mom.
She smiled at me and said hello. I did the same. She went on, "your coat is very beautiful... and your beanie looks kinda funny!" And gave me a huge smile. She was maybe 4.
I think I made her day and she mine!
By golly, such an open, brave little girl!
Eeek, so much snow on the dish I could not watch TV, had to wait for Ingo as I´m too small...
Friday: My termination agreement ends March 15th. Plan was a further training that actually takes 12 months in 2. Sportive. Alternative: Till June. Maybe do-able. I was to get a video-call from the job center, but the lady didn´t show up - luckily!!!
My teamlead called me from the car, so no one can hear her.
Monday a wave of terminations will start and they are not allowed to hire people for a longer time.
So, I will try to get the 12 months - if the job center pays and - I am not to tell anyone (and didn´t): They plan to get me back, only teamleads Railway know...
Wish me luck the job center pays and I get the certificate!
It´s on technical editor - Expert, aka operating instructions/manuals. Sounds easy, but reckon it is difficult, I saw the questions... this was really luck. 2 months - hahaha.
Ingo bought me a beautiful bouquet of flowers😘
And saw: Green peppers!!!!!
Weekend: Saturday: We went grocery shopping, had a chat with check-out woman Bea (we have GREEN peppers!) and sat forever to prepare Ingo´s super-mega-yummy filled peppers.
Wonder about the pirate flag? Explanation and recipe on Thursday.
They are to die for. Do you have trouble to get green peppers, too?
Later Ingo made pudding, not my thing, looks pretty, though.
Sunday: More filled peppers and, my. When we were young we had one half each and after a quarter each.
These days we share a half and are FULL.
Löwenzahn, Die Maus (Ice-cream for Snowman), Fairy Tale. Quiet day.
Lost places: "... they drank German beer, ate German food,... and listened to the greatest German, Hit#er". For Christ´s sake!!! That man was AUSTRIAN!!!!!
He got German citizenship (in Braunschweig, buhuuu), but he was AUSTRIAN!
Munchy:
(I admit, from the store).
The series:
"This is how we shopped in the 20th century
A family does their weekly shopping at this supermarket, whose walls and ceilings are decorated with advertisements for cookies, crackers, pickles and salad dressing. Can you see the sign for "S&H Green Stamps"? These were a series of private label brands that were popular in the United States from the 1930s to the late 1980s and represented an early example of a customer loyalty program."
Have a great T-Day and a great week, too.
