PROGETTO INTERNAZIONALE DI ARTE POSTALE E DIGITALE
Libro d’artista
L’Assessorato alla Cultura della Città di Quiliano, in collaborazione con il SACS (Spazio Arte Contemporanea Sperimentale) e la Biblioteca Civica A. Aonzo, organizza un progetto di mail art dedicato al libro d’artista per celebrare i 20 anni del SACS: il primo progetto di mail art nel settembre 2005 era stato dedicato al libro d’artista.
Il tema del progetto è “Rerum Natura” (L’ambiente naturale) ispirato al poeta latino Lucrezio.
Abbiamo scelto, quindi, un tema d’attualità, che coinvolge tutto il mondo: chiediamo, pertanto, agli artisti di riflettere sulla natura attraverso questi punti:
la NATURA: il nostro futuro
la NATURA sfruttata in modo esagerato dall’uomo
la NATURA e le risorse per l’uomo
la NATURA nelle sue forme più belle e più terribili
la NATURA: il nostro ambiente da proteggere
Il tema, quindi, consente la massima libertà creativa al fine di valorizzare gli aspetti più geniali e sorprendenti della mail art nella forma del libro d’artista.
Gli artisti, pertanto, sono invitati a creare un libro d’artista delle dimensioni massime di cm. 20x30.
Non verranno accettate immagini digitali dell’opera.

Digital art RERUM NATURA
Il SACS, come consuetudine, affianca alla mail art una sezione dedicata alle immagini digitali.
Gli artisti, pertanto, sono invitati ad inviarci un’immagine di un albero caratteristico del luogo in cui vivono. L’immagine dovrà essere elaborata digitalmente.
Le immagini faranno parte di un’installazione di un bosco immaginario.
Gli artisti potranno inviare l’immagine digitale esclusivamente per posta elettronica all’indirizzo:

o tramite link per eseguire il download
L’opera dovrà essere in formato jpg con risoluzione tra i 700kb e i 900kb
Gli artisti partecipanti alla manifestazione dovranno obbligatoriamente, per ogni sezione, allegare all’opera la scheda di partecipazione, opportunamente compilata, specificando se aderiscono ad entrambe le sezioni o solo a una.
I dati verranno utilizzati per inviare agli artisti le notizie sulla mostra e sulle future iniziative.
Non saranno accettate opere prive della scheda di partecipazione cartacea o digitale.
E’ possibile partecipare sia alla sezione del libro d’artista sia a quella di Digital art.
Le opere dovranno pervenire entro e non oltre il 30 giugno 2025.
La mostra si terrà a settembre nella Biblioteca Civica A. Aonzo e sarà articolata in due sezioni.
A partire dall’inaugurazione della mostra sarà possibile realizzare il download del catalogo generale della mostra dal sito (www.sacsarte.net) e dal profilo Facebook (www.facebook.com/sacs.arte) del SACS.
I lavori inviati non saranno restituiti, ma resteranno a totale disposizione della Città di Quiliano e quindi entreranno a far parte dell’archivio del SACS della Città di Quiliano.
Saranno inseriti a rotazione nel Museo dinamico della mail art.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAL and DIGITAL ART PROJECT
Artist’s book
The Cultural Department of the city of Quiliano in cooperation with SACS (Space for Experimental Contemporary Art) and the municipal library A. Aonzo is organising a mail art project dedicated to artist’s book to celebrate 20 years of SACS: the first mail art project in September 2005 was dedicated to the book of artist.
The theme of the projects is “RERUM NATURA” (the natural environment) inspired by the Latin poet Lucretius.
We have therefore chosen a topical theme that involves the whole world: we, consequently ask artists to reflect on nature through these points:
The NATURE: our future
The NATURE exploited by the man in an exaggerated way
The NATURE and the resources for humans
The NATURE in the finest and most awful shapes
The NATURE: our environment to protect
Consequently the subject allows maximum creative freedom in order to emphasize the most brilliant and amazing aspects of the mail art in the artist’s book.
Thereby the artists, are invited to create an artist’s book with maximum dimensions of 20x30 cm (A4).
Digital images of the work will not be accepted.

Digital art RERUM NATURA
As usual, SACS in addition to the mail, creates a section dedicated to digital images which are going to be part of an installation and video will be organized.
Thereby the artists are invited to send us a picture of a typical tree of the place where they live. The image must be digitally processed. The images will be part of an installation of an imaginary wood.
Artists have to send digital artwork only by e-mail to the following address:

The digital artwork must be in jpg format, with a resolution between 700Kb and 900Kb
For each section, artists, taking part to this event, must necessarily accompany the artwork with a fulfilled copy of subscription form, specifying if they get involved in both sections or just to one.
The data will be used to send the artists news about the exhibition and future initiatives.
Artworks, without paper or digital subscription form, will not be accepted.
It’s possible to take part both in the artist’s book and in the Digital Art.
Works must be received no later than 30 June 2025.
The exhibition will be held in September in the A. Aonzo civic library and it will be divided into these sections.
Afterwards the exhibition a digital catalogue will be also created that will be available for download from the site (www.sacsarte.net) and from your Facebook profile (www.facebook.com/sacs.arte) of SACS.
All artworks will not be returned but they will remain at complete disposal of the Municipality of Quiliano and so they will be part of the SACS archive in Quiliano.
They will be inserted in rotation in the Dynamic Museum of mail art.

Le Département de la culture de la ville de Quiliano en collaboration avec SACS (Espace expérimentale d’Art Contemporain) et la bibliothèque municipale A. Nous avons donc choisi un thème d’actualité qui concerne le monde entier et nous demandons donc aux artistes de réfléchir sur la nature à travers les points suivants:
la NATURE: notre futur
la NATURE surexploitée par l’homme
la NATURE et les ressources pour l’homme
la NATURE dans ses plus belles et terrifiantes expressions
la NATURE: notre environnement à protéger
Le sujet, par conséquent, permet la liberté créative maximale afin de valoriser les aspects les plus brillants et surprenants du mail art sous la forme du livre d’artiste.
Les artistes sont invités à créer un livre d’artiste des dimensions maximales de 20x30 cm. (A4).
Les images numériques de l’œuvre ne seront pas acceptées.

Digital art RERUM NATURA
Le SACS, comme d’habitude, associe, au Mail Art, une section dédiée aux images digitales qui feront partie d’une installation ainsi bien qu’une vidéo.
Les artistes sont donc invités à nous envoyer l’image d’un arbre caractéristique de l’endroit où ils vivent.
L’image doit être traitée numériquement.
Les images feront parties d’une installation d’une forêt imaginaire.
Les œuvres devront nous parvenir par courrier électronique à l’adresse e-mail suivante:

L’œuvre devra etre en format jpg avec résolution entre les 700kb et les 900kb.
Les artistes participants à la manifestation devront obligatoirement ,pour chaque section, accompagner l’œuvre de la fiche d’inscription correctement remplie. Il y a lieu de spécifier s’ils adhèrent aux deux sections ou bien seulement à une partie.
Les données seront utilisées pour envoyer aux artistes des informations sur l’exposition et les initiatives futures.
Les œuvres dépourvues de la fiche d’inscription papier ou numérique ne seront pas acceptées.
Vous pouvez participer tant au livre d’artiste qu’à la section de l’Art Digital.
Les œuvres doivent être reçues au plus tard le 30 juin 2025.
L’exposition se tiendra en septembre à la bibliothèque publique A. Aonzo et sera divisée comme suit.
A’ partir de l’inauguration de l’exposition il sera possible de réaliser le téléchargement du catalogue général de l’exposition sur le site (www.sacsarte.net) et sur le profil Facebook (www.facebook.com/sacs.arte) du SACS.
Les œuvres reçues ne seront pas renvoyées, mais resteront à disposition de la Ville de Quiliano et feront partie du fichier du SACS de la Ville de Quiliano.
Elles viendront introduites en rotation au Musé dynamique de la Mail Art.
