HAPPY REPUBLIC DAY!!

Since it is Republic Day today, I thought it would be nice for the kids to do something his week, using our Indian flag colours.

Here's what we made...

Super cute bracelets...We made the paper beads and then threaded them on elastic with coloured plastic beads inbetween.
The girls loved them...all said they would wear them to school tomorrow for show and tell!!!!
What bigger compliment can I get?!

And then we made this gorgeous star...looks so complicated and WOW! But so easy!!!

Thanks for stopping by!
Enjoy!!

LAST WEEK IN CLASS

We made these awsome paper lillies in class last week! They were a little challenging to make, but the kids managed!
Inspired by the book "Make it with Paper".
We also made these really cool holders/vases for the flowers.
Thanks for stopping by...
Enjoy!
