As the season changes, risks changes to different diseases as well. And now that summer is here, be reminded of the possible diseases that might put you down.
And at the present, it is well-known to all in the country that Measles is prevalent. In fact in some places the health department declares outbreak; the reason why I do not expose my family in crowded areas where any one can get infected. The same precaution should be kept in mind to avoid other diseases that thrive in warm climate, like chicken pox, sore eyes and mumps.
Aside from the said safety measure to be done, frequent and proper hand washing should be reiterated within the family. Daily baths, as was normal, should be taken especially when coming from outside the home. Diseases can be fought better also if in good health therefore complete rest, balance nutrition and proper hygiene is most appropriate as always.
