Self confidence helps in ones health. How you say? It makes you feel relaxed and not stressed with who and what you are.
There are a lot of factors to it, and some are related to your capability and your work environment. They way you handle your work load, the things you have that helps you with it is an added help.
I have heard of these email template and at first glance made me think that it is just an ornament to my pc. But thinking more about it, having something out of ordinary always gives me a little more inspiration. Just the way I file my hard copies and the things I have that makes it look nice gives me a feeling of satisfaction. Therefore, this email template serves the same reason. Aside the fact that it makes me proud to show them to others, I feel myself to be a little more well above others. A little more satisfied with myself, a little more confident. And it adds up to everything...including my self-confidence.
