Ticket & Concert Event Policy
Viejas Casino & Resort
By purchasing a ticket to any concert or event at Viejas Casino & Resort (“Viejas”), you (“Purchaser”) agree to the following Terms of Purchase. These apply to all tickets purchased through any platform, including but not limited to Ticketmaster, SeeTickets, or directly through Viejas. Additional terms imposed by third-party ticketing platforms may apply and may supersede or supplement the terms below.
1. All Sales Are Final – No Refunds or Exchanges
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted for any reason, including but not limited to:
Talent changes or substitutions
Illness or medical emergency
Transportation issues
Acts of God or unforeseen circumstances
Failure to adhere to event terms or arrive on time
Tickets are only valid for the specified event unless officially rescheduled. Unused tickets are forfeited and non-refundable.
2. Event Changes, Reschedules & Substitutions
Viejas reserves the right to:
Change event start times or dates
Substitute artists, performers, or entertainment
Modify venue layouts or seating configurations
Reschedule or relocate events due to Acts of God or other unforeseen circumstances
In the event of a reschedule, original tickets will be honored for the new date. Refunds will not be issued for changes in talent, date, time, or venue.
3. Cancellations
If an event is cancelled without a reschedule, Viejas will follow the refund policy of the authorized ticketing platform (e.g., Ticketmaster or SeeTickets). Viejas is not responsible for refund timelines or processing by third-party ticket sellers.
4. Acts of God, Performer Unavailability & Unforeseen Circumstances
All events are subject to cancellation, delay, modification, or relocation due to Acts of God, performer unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Viejas. This includes, but is not limited to, severe weather, natural disasters, illness or injury of scheduled talent, transportation disruptions, public safety emergencies, or government-mandated restrictions.
In such cases, refunds will not be provided unless the event is officially cancelled without a reschedule. If rescheduled, original tickets will remain valid.
5. Purchaser Responsibility
Purchaser is solely responsible for:
Ensuring the accuracy of all ticket purchase details
Keeping informed of event updates and terms
Complying with all event policies and requirements
Arriving on time
Event updates will be posted on viejas.com, official event pages, and ticketing platforms. It is your responsibility to stay informed.
6. Ticketing Platform Policies
Tickets sold via Ticketmaster or SeeTickets are also subject to the terms of those platforms. In the event of a conflict, the third-party platform’s terms may apply.

7. Assumption of Risk
Attendance at events involves inherent risk of injury or illness (including COVID-19 or other communicable diseases). By attending, you voluntarily assume all such risks and release Viejas Casino & Resort from any related liability.
8. Right to Refuse Admission
Viejas reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest without refund for behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of event or venue policies.
9. Photography, Videography & Implied Consent
By entering Viejas Casino & Resort event venues, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, recorded, or filmed by Viejas staff, contractors, performers, media personnel, or other attendees. This includes still photography, video recordings, livestreams, or other media captured for promotional, commercial, archival, or editorial purposes.
In today’s digital age, where events are often shared instantly across social media platforms, mobile devices, and streaming services, your presence in the venue constitutes implied consent to be captured in such media, including but not limited to:
Wide crowd shots
Audience reaction shots
Behind-the-scenes or ambient footage
Broadcast or livestream recordings
Posts and stories created by other guests or influencers
Viejas Casino & Resort, its affiliates, sponsors, and licensees may use your likeness, voice, and/or image for any legitimate purpose in perpetuity, without compensation, credit, or further notice. This may include use in promotional materials, advertising, television broadcasts, online content, social media, and other forms of media distribution worldwide.
While Viejas will make reasonable efforts to focus promotional capture on performers and general crowd scenes, we cannot guarantee exclusion of any individual from photography or footage captured in a public or semi-public space.
If you do not wish to appear in any recordings or media, we recommend that you do not enter the venue. Entry to the venue constitutes a full and irrevocable release in favor of Viejas Casino & Resort and its partners regarding all such media.
Guests are also encouraged to responsibly share their own event experiences on social media. However, unauthorized professional photography or video recording for commercial use without prior written permission from Viejas is strictly prohibited.
This policy is not intended as a waiver of any legal, governmental, equitable or property rights of Viejas, including sovereign immunity from unconsented suit and/or process, all of which are expressly reserved.
