  • Fire & Ice Signature Body Wrap – 80min $200

    Extreme sensory pleasures are derived from this refreshingly chilled masque and warming wrap. Beginning with a light scrub for receptivity, a cool blend of stonecrop, an exotic succulent historically used to increase the moisture content and health of all skin types, is generously applied. A thermal blanket wrap and hot towels release tension while your feet and scalp are treated to an acupressure massage. The uncommonly stimulating contrast of cool and warm is not only a delight to the senses but also exercises the skin on a cellular level. This body renewal finishes with a light application of organic Stonecrop Moisturizer for a radiant replenished body. A perfect complement to the Fire ‘n’ Ice.

    This positively stimulating organic facial uses the fresh pulp of apples and grapes to infuse natural fruit acids into the skin, achieving a fantastic exfoliation with paprika and other fresh herbs. The tingling hot sensation of this uncommon facial scrub is cooled with the application of a chilled Stonecrop Masque and lightly whipped moisturizer. A special serum specific to your skin type is then applied to allow for deep penetration aimed to expose the beautiful skin that is glowing from within.

    This treatment begins with a body brushing technique that has been used for centuries to assist in stimulating the lymph and detoxifying stagnant toxins. After a thorough dry brushing, your body will be covered in skin-nourishing CBD Body Oil and wrapped in a mylar layered body wrap. While wrapped, your provider will perform a mini yet luxurious neck and shoulder massage. Arrival Time Considerations

We suggest that you arrive 30 minutes before your appointment time to sign in and thoroughly enjoy our spa amenities.

It is recommended that Guests receiving Salon services arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment time to complete paperwork. 

Please note that, as a courtesy to all of our Guests, late arrivals will only receive their remaining appointment time and will be charged the full service fee.

FAQ — How to Spa

At the Willows Spa, we suggest you reserve spa and salon appointments prior to your arrival. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card. If you need assistance choosing a treatment, our spa reservation department will help you plan the perfect spa experience based on your specific needs.

Treatment times are reserved especially for you. We kindly request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance for services. No show appointments will be charged in full.

Please inform us when you make a reservation if you are pregnant, have allergies, have symptoms of illness or any other conditions we should be aware of prior to your arrival. This information may also be completed on your Personal Care Guide upon arrival at the spa.

We suggest that you arrive 30 minutes before your appointment’s time to sign in and enjoy our spa amenities. As a courtesy to following clients, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged the full service fee.

A robe, slippers and day locker will be provided for you upon arrival to the spa. Disrobe to the level of your comfort. Undergarments are not necessary, but you may wear them during your treatment if you prefer. Our licensed therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel over your body in a discrete manner, assuring your privacy at all times. For facials, we provide body wraps to cover the upper and lower half of your body.

All spa guests must be 21 or older to schedule a treatment or use the Spa.

To further enhance your treatments at home, all spa product used in the treatments are available in our spa boutique.

In consideration of our other guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phone before entering the spa.

We accept all major credit cards, debit and cash. Hotel guests may also charge the service to their room with proper ID.

For your convenience a 20% service charge will be added to your service upon checkout. Service charges are retained by the provider(s) performing or staff contributing to your service(s). Additional gratuities may be added at your discretion.

Please do not bring or leave valuables in the facility or lockers. We are not responsible for any theft or loss of personal property, including jewelry or other personal items.
