Eating 150g of protein a day without using protein powder is easier than you think:  Breakfast: Oats, skimmed milk, Greek yogurt, berries, biscuit, honey. Morning snack: Low-fat cheese. Lunch: Bread, cooked chicken breast, BBQ sauce, spinach, cucumber. Afternoon snack: Cinnamon swirl (enjoy any food in a high-protein diet). Dinner: Salmon, marinade, sweet potato, broccoli. Evening snack: Toast with peanut butter (not protein-dense but useful top-up).  While whey protein is a convenient way to boost protein intake, this plan shows you can achieve a high-protein diet with regular foods. Remember, your individual protein needs may vary.
