INGREDIENTS:
 • 2 lb chicken pieces (Anything with bones, skin, nerves will work or whole chicken)
 • 2 medium carrots, chopped
 • 3 stalks celery, chopped
 • 1 head garlic
 • 3 bay leaves
 • 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
 • 3 sprigs thyme
 • 2 tsp sea salt
 • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

PROCEDURE:
 • In a large pot add all the ingredients. Add water to cover the ingredients 2 inches more than the top. Simmer for 2 hrs. If you added any meat with pulp worth eating, it's the time to remove the piece (legs in my case), pull apart the meat and throw back in the broth any bone or skin part. Keep simmering for another 2 hours at least (4-6 hrs total). Let it cool down and separate the broth from the chicken parts/veggies with a colander. Discard the veggie/chicken and enjoy your

collagen rich bone broth recipe for glowing skin:     1-2 Ibs chicken bones, 1 lb chicken feet.  ~10 cups water (can adjust based on how big your pot is) Instructions: 1. Add bones and feet to a large stock pot. 2. Add enough water so the bones are covered but leave a few inches at the top so there's enough room to boil. 3. Turn heat up to high. 4. Skim off any excess fat and/or debris. 5. Once boiling, turn heat down to medium low and let simmer for 4-6 hours. 6. Skim debris every hour or so. 7. Turn off heat and strain broth into jars. 8. Let broth fully cool before storing in fridge/freezer.

Rinse the chicken feet; mine were already very clean. You don't have to remove the nails - For added depth of flavor, roast chicken feet in oven at 350 - 420°F (200°C) until they develop a golden brown color. 3. **Add all the ingredients into a large pot. 4. Add ACV 5. Add enough water to cover all ingredients 6. Bring to a gentle boil then reduce heat to low,cover,let simmer for a minimum 4hrs or 24hrs for max flavor. 7. Strain broth + discard solids then season with salt 8. Cool + store
