 • - 2 cups lentils (masoor) par boiled 
 • - 1 cup yogurt mixed with 1 tsp red chilli, kashmiri chilli, paprika powder, turmeric powder 
 • - 4 potatoes in peices then fry them 
 • - 3 cups of boiled rice 
 • - 1 tsp saffron

 • 1 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)

 • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 
 • 2 teaspoons coriander ( Dhania ) powder 
 • 1/4 cup Mint Leaves (Pudina)
 • Few Saffron strands , soaked in 1/2 cup milk

For Meat;   • 2 medium chicken (16 pieces)   • 1 cup full fat Greek yogurt  • 2 tbsp salt  • 2 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder   • 1 tbsp chilli flakes   • 2 tbsp coriander powder   • 2 tbsp cumin powder   • 1/2 tbsp turmeric   • 2 tbsp biryani masala(watch previous biryani video for recipes)   • 6-7 garlic cloves  • 3 inches ginger root  • 4 large tomatoes   • 2 green chillies   • 1 cup fried onions   • 1/2 cup mint chopped   • 1/2 cup coriander chopped   Add all ingredients in a bowl and Marinate for 30 minutes.
