Cottage Cheese Breakfast Rounds Made by @foodiefromvt  Follow @foodiefromvt for more simple and delicious recipes   Here’s what you need:  1/2 cup cottage cheese 1 egg Sea salt Optional: black pepper, sesame seeds, everything bagel seasoning  Preheat oven to 400F.  Whisk the cottage and egg until combined. Spoon into 3-4 circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.  Bake for 18-25 minutes until the top is lightly browned but soft to the touch. (The bottoms as shown in the video will be more browned than the top) Let cool for 5 minutes then remove and top with toppings.

ingredients: - 3/4 cup of cottage cheese - 1 egg white - 1 teaspoon garlic powder - pepper to taste - preferred toppings directions: line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. combine cottage cheese, egg white, garlic powder and pepper in a blender and mix until smooth. pour mixture onto baking sheet and spread it out. bake in oven for around thirty minutes, and then allow to fully cool. top flatbread with desired toppings (i used light mayo, arugula, tomato, prosciutto, and balsamic glaze). enjoy!
