Juicy figs, salted feta cheese, fresh thyme, crunchy pistachios and sweet honey makes this quick snack or elegant appetiser. This recipe is so simple, it takes just a few minutes to make!   Ingredients: -4 fresh figs -3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese -20 g chopped pistachios -fresh thyme -honey  Instructions: 1. Cut off stem and make a cross over the top of the figs. Leave the base connected but slightly open them. 2. Tuck in the crumbled feta, sprinkle with chopped pistachios and fresh thyme. 3. Cook in the air fryer at 180°C/ 356°F for 5 minutes. Or you can bake them in the oven for 10 minutes at 200°C/392°F. 4. Drizzle with honey and serve. Enjoy!

Ingredients
 • brie of choice — I used 3 small ones
 • 1/3 cup raw hazelnuts or any nut you like
 • 3 heaping tablespoons fig jam
 • slices of fresh figs are optional
 • thyme on top for garnish optional

Please note: you can use any brie you personally like and any size as well. Any jam works in here and any nut as well. Feel free to improvise

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Chop up any nuts of choice and add them to a bowl with your favourite fig jam and mix it together. Take the brie and score of the top with a knife so that all of those flavours can infuse. Add the mixture on top and optionally you can add a slice of fig. You are more than welcome to present it like this on charcuterie or take the extra step and bake it for 30 to 40 minutes in the oven until completel

My new favorite way to eat goat cheese thanks to @foodmymuse for the inspiration. RECIPE ⬇️  INGREDIENTS  8 oz goat cheese log 2 oz fig jam pecans, chopped sage, chopped  INSTRUCTIONS  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Slice goat cheese log into 1-inch thick rounds. 3. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to your cast iron skillet ans pre-heat it on the stove on high for 2-4 minutes. 4. Carefully arrange the goat cheese rounds on the skillet and cook on high for 1-2 minutes. 5. Top with fig jam, chopped pecans, and sage and bake for 15-20 minutes. 6. Remove from oven and enjoy with some crostini!  #AintTooProudToCheese #goatcheese #feedfeed #food52 #charcuterie

CAMEMBERT BAKED WITH FIGS, PISTACHIONS AND HONEY 🤤🥰 Credit @piekniejemy.dietetyka ➡️INGREDIENTS for 4 servings: 2 Camembert cheese, 3 figs, 8 slices of baguette (1 half baguette is enough), 50 g pistachios, pepper, salt, 2 tablespoons of honey, 3 tablespoons of olive oil  ➡️PREPARATION:  1. Make cuts in the cheese.  2. Add fig pieces and baguette slices.  3. Sprinkle the cheese with pistachios, season with pepper and salt, and pour honey over it.  4. Drizzle everything with olive oil.  • C for about 25 minutes (until the cheese is melted and slightly golden, and the croutons are golden brown).  6. Serve with fresh parsley.
