• - Ciabatta bread, halved
• - 2 whole garlic heads
• - Olive oil
• - 100g salted butter
• - 1 cup grated mozzarella
• - Pepper
• - Fresh parsley
• - Chilli flakes

To make:
• - Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.
• - Take the garlic heads and gently chop the top off, exposing all the garlic cloves. Drizzle a generous amount of olive oil on top and cover with foil. Place into the oven for 45 mins to allow the garlic to slowly roast. Remove and allow to slightly cool before removing the skin.
• - In a bowl add together softened butter, parsley, roasted garlic and pepper. Mash together until smooth and combined.
• - Spread evenly over the ciabatta and top with mozzarella cheese. Place into the oven for 10 - minutes until the cheese is melted and it's
