INGREDIENTS  - 6 cups fresh or frozen peas - 3 tbsp olive oil - 1/4 cup diced onion - 1 tsp kosher salt - 1/2 tsp black pepper - 2 tsp Dijon mustard - 2 tsp honey - 1 tbsp minced fresh herbs - 2 tbsp lemon juice  INSTRUCTIONS  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium. 2. Add onion, salt, and pepper and sauté until softened, 3-5 minutes. 3. Add the mustard and honey, mixing to dissolve the honey. Add the lemon juice. Whisk to combine. 4. Add the peas and stir until warmed through, 3-5 minutes. 5. Garnish with minced fresh herbs and serve.

This tawa dhokla is the ultimate fusion of textures & flavours!  Method: - In a bowl combine 2 cups sooji with 1 cup dahi and keep aside for 15 mins - Combine 2 cups green peas, 2 green chillies, 1 inch ginger, 1/4 cup coriander and 1/2 cup corn kernels in a blender and grind into a smooth paste - Add in some water, the dahi sooji mix along with the corn and peas paste, 1/2 cup corn kernels, 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander and season with salt - Add in 1/2 tsp eno just before cooking and mix well - Heat 2 tbsp oil in a fry pan and let 1 tbsp mustard seeds, 1 tbsp sesame seeds and 1 twig curry leaves crackle - Pour the batter, spread evenly and let it cook through on a low flame till the toothpick comes out clean - Flip onto a serving platter, cut into triangular pieces and serve hot!
