Ingredients:

Potatoes 2 kg

Corn Flour 1/2 cup

Oil 1/4 cup

Ketchup 1 cup

Water 2 cups

Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp 

salt 1 tsp / to taste

white pepper powder 1/2 tsp

red chili powder ½ tsp

red chili flakes 1 tbsp

chili sauce 3 tbsp

soy sauce 2 tbsp

capsicum cubes 1/2 cup

onion cubes 1/2 cup

prepared French fries

Directions:

1. Cut the potatoes into fries. Transfer them into the bowl and add corn flour. Coat them well in corn flour.

2. Deep fry them over medium flame until 80-85% done. Set aside.

3. In a pan heat oil and add garlic. Cook for a minute.

4. Now add ketchup, water and mix well.

5. Add white pepper powder, salt, red chili powder, red chili flakes, chili sauce, soy sauce and cook until starts to simmer.

 • (I’ve added 2 Tbsp of dried red chilli too)
 • 1-2 tsp Sugar 
 • 1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil

Mix the spices and sugar in a bowl
 • Make sure that you mix the spices in a microwave proof bowl before you pour in the hot oil or use anything bowl that can withstand the heat. Heat the oil in a pan for 2 minutes and pour over carefully. That’s about it ! Your homemade chilli oil is ready

Ingredients:
 • -6 cloves garlic, minced
 • -1 shallot, finely diced
 • -2 scallions, thinly chopped 
 • -1 tablespoon chili flakes
 • -2 teaspoons kosher salt
 • -2 teaspoons black pepper
 • -2 teaspoons mustard seeds 
 • -1 tablespoon sesame seeds 
 • -1/2 cup avocado oil
 • -1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Directions: 
 • -Assemble all ingredients except for the avocado oil in a heat-safe bowl. 
 • -Heat avocado oil in a pan over medium-high heat, until it reaches 350 degrees F. Carefully pour the hot oil over the ingredients; it should sizzle.
 • -Stir chili crisp ingredients together. Add in balsamic vinegar and mix that in. Place in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a month.
