Squats look different on everyone!

There’s a couple things that vary person to person that can affect how our squats look:

- length of femur, torso and fibias can determine your positioning

- bar paths

- where you position the bar (low bar/high bar)

- stance (hip width vs sumo)

- ankle, hip and knee mobility play a huge role in range of motion and form

- overall comfort level (the more you practice, the better you’ll feel!)

Instead of trying to tweak your form to look like someone else’s, film yourself and focus on improving your own. It’ll be so rewarding to see your progress over time! 👏🏼
