15min · 3 servings     Here’s a reminder to not फेरो your नज़रिया from मेथी (fenugreek leaves) ☘️  Recipe for Mom’s Methi Aloo:  * wash the fenugreek leaves properly and then dry it and finely chop it.  • * Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.  • * Finely Chop the garlic cloves and green chillies.  • * heat a pan and add mustard oil to it.  • * Add cumin seeds, asafoetida and dried red chillies to the pan.  • * When it starts to splutter add the potatoes and fry them well.  • * Now add finely chopped garlic and green chillies.  • *Keep stirring.  • * Add salt, turmeric powder, salt and coriander powder.  • * Mix well, cover and cook for a while then add the fenugreek leaves.  • * Mix well then Cover and Cook.  • * DO NOT ADD ANY ADDITIONAL WATER otherwise the fenugreek will turn bit
