 • 1/3 cup milk
 • 2 tbsp maple syrup
 • 1/2 cup oats quick oats 
 • 1 tbsp flax seeds
 • 1/2 tsp baking powder
 • chocolate chips on top

Add all ingredients to a microwave safe mug and mix until combined. Top with chocolate chips. Put mug in microwave and heat for 2 minute or until it looks baked. Enjoy!!
