OATS & MIX DAL DOSA 

Method

- 1 cup mixed daal (yellow moong daal, whole moong, masoor daal, Chana daal) & 1/2 cup urad daal (soaked for 2-3 hours)
 • - 1.1/2 cup oats (soaked for 15 minutes)
 • - Add ginger, chilies & pre- soaked fenugreek seeds (methi dana) while making daal and oats batter for dosa
 • - after batter is ready, add salt, cumin seeds and coriander leaves.
 • - Mix everything and you’re set to make dosa
 • - make dosa on medium flame
 • Enjoy

HIGH PROTEIN MULTIGRAIN DOSA
 • INGREDIENTS
 • ◽Rice - 1 cup
 • ◽Urad dal - 1/4 cup
 • ◽Tuar dal - 1/4 cup
 • ◽Moong dal - 1/4 cup
 • ◽Chana dal - 1/4 cup
 • ◽Cumin seed - 1 tsp
 • ◽Dry red chili - 3
 • ◽Curry leaves - handful

◽Wash & soak it for about 4 hours
 • ◽Grind it into fine paste
 • ◽Add salt - to taste
 • ◽Heat a pan
 • ◽Add 2 big spoon of dosa batter
 • ◽Spread evenly
 • ◽Cook from both side
 • ◽Enjoy with chutney

Instant Carrot🥕Dosa - a fresh take on my viral recipe with the addition of carrot making it healthier .  This dosa does not require soaking, uses no rice and needs no fermentation.  Blend 1 cup washed masoor dal with 1/3 cup carrot chopped fine, 1 red chili, 1/2 teaspoon jeera along with around 1-1.5 cup of water in the juicer jar of a mixie until you get a smooth batter. Add salt to taste, mix well. Add a little water if needed until you get a smooth batter like in the video. Rinse thoroughly and soak moong dal in warm water for at least 2 to 3 hours. Once soaked for 2 to 3 hours, drain the water from the dal and set aside in a different cup.   • 2.) Recipe 👇  1.5 cup yellow moong dal 2 tspn grated ginger  2 red chillies sliced  3-4 curry leaves  Salt to taste  2 tspn jeera powder  2 tspn black pepper powder  1 small onion chopped  Mix of veg ( beans & capsicum) 1/4 cup grated paneer Oil for cooking  .
