 • - 250 grams paneer, cut into cubes
 • - 1 cup plain yogurt
 • - 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
 • - 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
 • - 1 teaspoon red chili powder
 • - 1 teaspoon cumin powder

For the Marinade 

4 Tbsp Curd
 • 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
 • 1 Tbsp Mustard Oil
 • 1 Tsp Chat Masala
 • 1-1/2 Tsp Salt 
 • 1-1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder 
 • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder 
 • 1 Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder 
 • 1-1/2 Tbsp Kitchen King Masala
 • 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup 

Handful of Fresh Coriander Leaves

To it Add 
 • 250 Gms Paneer
 • 1 Large Capsicum
 • 2 Medium Tomatoes 

2 Medium Onions 

For the Masala
 • 1. Heat 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
 • 2. Add Prepared Puree from
 • 2 Medium Onions 
 • 4 Medium Tomatoes 
 • 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
 • 3. Cook till Oil Separates 
 • 4. Add Dry Mix of
 • 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder 
 • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder 
 • 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder

It’s such a flavourful, hearty & satisfying meal that you have to try this version 😊  Ingredients: 1 tbsp Oil 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp Coriander Powder ½ tsp Jeera Powder ½ tsp Kasuri Methi ¼ tsp Haldi ½ tsp Garam Masala 1 tsp Ginger Powder (optional) 1 tsp amchur ¼ cup Hung Curd (steamed and cooled down) Salt to taste 500 gms Paneer cubes Ghee for cooking  Gravy: 2 tbsp Oil 1 tbsp Jeera 2 Tej Patta ¼ cup Besan 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp Coriander Powder ½ tsp Haldi ½ tsp Ginger Powder (optional) 2 cups Dahi Water Salt to taste 1 tbsp Kasuri Methi 1 tbsp Garam Masala

INGREDIENTS
 • 1 cup of half and half 
 • 1 cup of heavy whipping cream 
 • 1 packet of paneer tikka masala mix 
 • Tomato Paste
 • 4-5 grams of paneer (Indian Cottage cheese)
 • 3 tbsp oil or ghee
 • ½ tsp of red chili powder

METHOD

STEP 1: MIX THE PANEER TIKKA MASALA MIX AND MAKE THE GRAVY: 
 • In a small bowl pour your Paneer tikka masala dry mix. Add ½ cup of half and half, and ½ cup of heavy whipping cream. Mix it together until it is all mixed together. Add ½ a tsp of Indian chili powder for an extra kick. This will be the base of the curry.

STEP 2: CUT YOUR PANEER: 
 • Cut your paneer into small squares. I used roughly 3 grams of paneer because that was all I had. Take the small squares and add them to the air fryer for 5 minutes to 6 minutes at 400 degrees
