Difficulty: Easy     Via IG - nonabayat | All Ingredients Is:  • 1/3 cup of old fashioned oats.  • add a lil bit of water so the oats are wet then microwave for 30 seconds.  • 1 scoop protein powder (Choice).  • 1 Large banana  • sprinkle of cinnamon.  • 1 tsp peanut butter.  • sprinkle of salt.  Mix And Enjoy!!!

I love a hearty oat recipe! This one is so good and filling, it’ll keep you fueled for a good few hours in the morning & a great pre-workout meal! 

Ingredients
 • 1 date 
 • 1/2 banana
 • ½ cup rolled oats
 • ¾ cup milk
 • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
 • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
 • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
 • 1 tablespoon peanuts
 • Dash of sea alt

Optional: 
 • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
 • 1/2 scoop whey protein, add a splash of milk 

Instructions
 • Mash the banana in a bowl then add in the oats and milk. Stir in the peanut butter, cocoa powder and sea salt.
 • Cover and place in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight to let the oats absorb the liquid and thicken.
 • Top with peanuts and chocolate chips when ready to serve. Enjoy!
