Ingredients:
 • 40g oats
 • 1/2 banana
 • 20g vanilla protein powder - use 20g oats or coconut flour + tsp vanilla extract as an alternative to this
 • 1/2 tsp baking powder
 • 60ml oat milk
 • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Toppings:
 • Some strawberries

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients and mix until combined. Add some strawberries and dip them in the batter. Top batter with some more strawberries. Bake for 15min at 180C.
