The secret ingredient was Kewpie Mayo 😄  Ingredients  • 1 pack of shin ramyun / any instant noodles  • 1 tbsp of butter  • 3 cloves of garlic minced  • 1 tbsp of soya sauce  • 1 tbsp of brown sugar  • 1 tbsp of red pepper flakes  • ⅕ tbsp of Kewpie Mayo  Garnish  • 1 egg yolks  • spring onions  • sesame seeds  • Fried spam  steps  • cook the ramen to AI dente for 3 min  • melt some butter to the pan over low heat.  • add garlic, soya sauce, ramen seasoning, brown sugar, red chilli flakes.  • stir fry the sauce until fragrant.  • add ramen back to the pan and spring onions. Mix until everything is coated with the sauce.  • add more spring onions and Kewpie Mayo.  • give it a final mix.  • serve with fried spam, egg yolks and garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions.

It only took us 20 mins to make and you should try to make this too Soup base 300 ml sake 100 ml soy sauce 2 tbsp mirin 2 tbsp brown sugar (substitute: sugar) add more according to your taste 1 tbsp dashi powder Leeks Carrot Onion Tofu Cabbage Your fav mushrooms Sliced beef Udon Vermicilli 1. Cook up leeks for 2 minutes and add the sauce to simmer 2. Add tofu to absorb the sauce, carrot, onion, and let it simmer for 2 minutes 3. Add cabbage, mushrooms, beef and cook with lid on for 1 minute 4. Add your noodles and cook until they're soft and slippery! Enjoyyy #homecooking #easydinner
