Remove all the bubbles on the surface using a spoon or a kitchen towel. 4. Pour mixture into a heatproof dish. Steam for 8-10 minutes over medium heat. 5. Once done, turn off the heat and leave the dish in the steaming pan for 5 minutes. 6. Make sure that the eggs are cooked through. 7. Drizzle with sesame oil and light soy sauce. 8. Garnish with chopped green onions.
