Goblet squats w/Elevated Heels vs Dumbbell Sumo squats

Let’s breakdown some key components of each👇🏽

Goblet Squats with Elevated Heels:
 • 👉🏽 Elevating your heels engages your quads more
 • 👉🏽 Make sure you are using a straight up and down motion
 • 👉🏽 Hold the dumbbell close to your chest
 • 👉🏽 Feet no more than shoulder width apart

👉🏽 Chest up & head facing forwards

Sumo squats:
 • 👉🏽 Legs should be a little further than shoulder width apart
 • 👉🏽Pointing your feet outwards creates more tension on your glutes
 • 👉🏽 You want to drive your hips backwards as you are going down for your squat

👉🏽 Keep your core tight and look straight ahead

Both of these are great, but depending on your goals one might be more effective.
