My order came very quickly! I was thrilled ! They were done beautiful !
I was extremely happy with my order . I would definitely order again, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Did not deliver more than half of my expected shipment. Asked for a reship and still did not receive missing items. Still awaiting refund and this has been going on since beginning of December.

When sending products that are easy to damage, make sure to mark them as FRAGILE, as we had some chocobombs damaged in two of the three shipments. Everything else was perfect, the size and price of the product is fair.

Upon placing an order for candy wrappers which consisted of 7 sheets of paper with 6 wrappers on each piece, I learned that shipping would be $22.99. This is half of my cost of the wrappers. I called to see if this was a mistake and was told that based on what I was purchasing that was the correct shipping cost. I told her this is 7 pieces of paper. It is impossible to cost that much. Needless to say, I did not place the order.

Good customer service, (which is rare to find these days.)

I had a great experience with Just Candy. I'd ordered 135 custom candy bars for a wedding. They were out of the embossed bars & communicated that timely. The called me twice and followed up with email. They were able to get the embossed bars that I wanted and promised to get me the order in time for the wedding. They did better than that, I had the candy within a few days of them getting in the embossed candy bars. 100% will order from them again.

Cute candy, no doubt—those mini gumball machines were adorable favors! Still, three items arrived melted (August heat, fine), but the little greeting card promised extra cooling packs we never got. Emailed twice, got a form reply a week later. Not awful, not magical—just okay.

My order had a picture. I received an order with the wrong picture I called your company and left messages and l did not get a call back until l left a message stating l was going to contact my credit card to advise them of my situation then l received a call 10 minutes later. But at the end you sent the correct order and it was perfect

It wasn’t easy to get the right order delivered…,.no one answers the phone at Just Candy, so no one to talk to if there is a problem.

I am livid and hoping this posting will help anyone considering using #Just candy. They made a mistake when I called in my order. They won’t correct their mistake and I phoned the order in because I was having problems on their website! And not doing anything to correct THEIR mistake.

They are unethical, no accountability for their mistakes and just THIEVES! They will not fulfill my order as purchased, won’t rectify their mistake.
And they are not refunding what I paid, $500 in candy.

Beware, they are NOT supported by BBB and have numerous complaints filed against them at BBB.
If you wish to shop elsewhere, #WALMART, #ORIENTAL TRADING AND #AMAZON HAVE THEIR CANDY PROVIDED/FULFILLED BY THEM!

When I first contacted them, I ordered blue/ teal! I received white gummies, silver Gumballs,
Grey and white lollipops and silver butter mints.
Not only did I purchase the candy buffet, I added an order of same in case I was running low on anything. As you can see below, and know, a buffet will have 1 color as purchased! I placed an order for candy with containers and a second order as back up, if I needed more.

If you go to any site and it shows order will be fulfilled by #Just Candy, beware and continue looking.

In a different color , THEN CUSTOMER SERVICE TELLS ME IF THEY DON’T HAVE COLOR YOU PURCHASED, THEY WILL SHIP WHATEVER COLOR THEY HAVE AVAILABLE!

My daughter’s shower is 2 weeks away and now I have to scramble and try to create my own Candy buffet.

Stay away from this company, UNETHICAL, UNSCRUPULOUS AND THEY ARE THIEVES!!!

I am hiring an attorney for the added stress and duress caused by them directly, and will file a BBB report against them. $500 in purchased goods NEVER delivered and $250,000 for the stress and duress!
I hope #Walmart, #Oriental Trading and #Amazon see this! And I’m sure they are not the only companies. These were the ones I found when looking to purchase elsewhere!
Hoping I can help someone else so they don’t have to be subjected to this practice!
Now they will not even respond to me.

I had received a shipment of melted chocolates for my daughter's quince candy bar and quickly was sent a reshipment. So grateful for the amazing customer service! Highly recommended and will continue to use for all my party needs. Thank You!

Overall good experience and the company did a good job rectifying the shortage in our order shipment. But we are curious as to why, with the quantity of candy that was ordered, that the full order was not shipped in bigger bags instead of some candy shipped in several small bags.

I ordered Father's Day chocolates, and I've been giving them away, and they are all ROTTEN they are LAST YEAR'S candy and SPOILED ROTTEN. Do not support this company they knew they were sending me rotten chocolate and did not care. I was already upset because many of my Father's Day chocolates did not have a sticker or had a sticker that said "Thank you!" so I pretty much wasted every penny on this order.

Ordered mint roll, M&M's and skittles for graduation with my grads picture on them. My first order got lost and they resent a new order expedited shipping to make sure i received my product on time. Great customer service and great products!

Great customer service! Love the personalized hershey kisses. They arrived very quickly and look adorable. They will look great on the rehearsal dinner tables!
The wrong color kisses were sent originally, but Just Candy resent the correct color. They were very easy to work with! Highly recommend

This was an absolute nightmare. We ordered the candy ahead of time for our Jack and Jill party, about 3 weeks before. Ordering was simple and easy, and we thought we were done. Sadly, the only simple thing about this was the ordering. The first time we received the order, it wasn't even our order and they forgot the chocolate. The wrappers were for another customer a few days before ours (sorry to them, as they may not have even gotten their items in time due to this mix up). Then, good luck trying to contact their support, as it's an exhausting endeavor. No one picks up the phone when you call (even though they give you a call back option). Luckily, I was able to eventually get an email back to request a new order a few days later. Once the order was re-submitted (correctly again with the chocolate wrapped in our customized bar), I thought we were all set. Wrong again. They sent the correct wrappers, however, they yet again did not wrap the chocolate and did not fully complete our order. I had to again reach out to them and I cancelled our order, as we no longer had any time before our party. What should have been a nice, simple order turned out to be the worst online buying experience I have had. I would NOT recommend this company if you want things to be right and timely. I had to go to another candy company that got it to us faster, correct, AND cheaper. Stay away!

I had ordered candy bar wrappers but they spelled the name wrong on the wrappers. They reprinted them for me and shipped them to me free. I couldn’t ask for better customer service. The wrappers were of very good quality and beautiful.
