Old Fashioned Way
So I got a phone call and was asked to send a document over.
OK, somewhere on the way to the bakery there will be a mailbox, I thought.
Odd enough the other day I´d bought some stamps, so I didn´t need to go via the small post-office, which is not on the way.
Was I wrong!
Not a single mailbox!
Luckily I remembered we had a mailbox near our old home and... still there, luckily.
I really wonder.... when you´re old or sick and without a partner how are you supposed to send a letter to someone?
At least some beauty on the way:

Now that you mention, I can't remember seeing mail boxes around the suburbs in Perth, the only ones are just outside the Post Offices. Maybe there are some, I just never needed one, so I haven't noticed.
I still write letter and there still mail boxes in our community.
Coffee is on
Sami, right - though I never spent a thought on it wandering out and about in your suburbs. Our shopping centre with mailbox outside is just 5 minutes from our cabin.
Dora, crazy, such a (good) difference!
