Saturday mornings I go to the market - Ingo stays home and that´s OK.
He has to... is allowed to!!!! ... go to work very early inbetween the week (I am not no more).
This was my way to work the last year I was allowed to work.
Before this 40km every working day, bleh. One way, aka 80km every working day.
Versa 17 minutes - or 34 minutes to and fro - then.
On foot. No gas to buy, no company car to have, it was bliss.
Now tomatoes it is.
Talked to a woman yesterday. She said:
"Don´t expect a job before Spring hits."
"Rest", she said.
Rest. Whilst Ingo RUNS.
My T is working hard, my Bro said full work days now (yay? I´d say yay!!!).
Me? Nada. All I can do...
Tomatoes. And Henry 🦁
Even Ingo said, "it´s cold", coming in.
(Mask has a Henry, too, and yes, I have - according to the doc - "a very small head" and wear the kid´s version - the extra strips are for... "adults")

...keep wearing your mask, my daughter just tested positive!
Oh, Tom, no!!! Hope she goes through this well, as in good. No harm...
Small head but big brain. Haha. It is cold here in the morning, but to you it would feel like spring.
gigi!!! :-)
I hope for a big brain. Spring is 3 months, 2 weeks and 3 days.... sssst HERE!
Dearest Iris! I am super super late this week to visit your Timeless Thursdays post but I am just so happy with the one you shared! A journal made by your father! That is just so precious! I also left a comment there.
Oh there's just something about an extra warmth I feel with yellow incandescent lights on cold places. I feel so happy and cozy looking at the photos you shared even if I can also feel how cold it is that time you shot it! And your photo with henry! SUCH CUTENESS!!!
Sending you hugs dearest Iris and Happy Timeless Thursday!!!
Dearest Stevenson, hopping over and I just bet my Dad´d love your comment!
And never say late, better late then never, I do know (my cooking/baking adventures came like REALLY late!).
Let´s see what I find for your blog today, it´s fun sharing the "old" stuff :-)
Yes, those lights help a lot, oh, please, send some warm temps over, 1C now, brrr.
Ingo told me off for being too frugal to turn on the heating in the morning.
The lights add a good touch to things.
I think we will be wearing masks for a long time.
William, yes, they make one cozy!

RedPat, I think I have to agree... Crazy times. But things could be worse, huh.
I like the lights, it's a nice addition to the photo. We just had an electrician come in to do a job but he didn't wear a mask. We had ours on though. People can be so unconcerned about this covid. He was working in the bathroom and we were out in the sitting room. I didn't feel unsafe but still wear a mask.
I love lights sparkling in the dark. I'm waiting for the village Christmas lights to be turned on. I'm sure Henry enjoys being out and about. :-)
Beautiful street captures.
I like the lights. I walked this AM and it was cold also. I work fingerless gloves, BRRR.
Bill, yes, posties don´t wear masks here, either. All you can do is keep the distance, that I do. Or try!

Shari, yes, I love the Christmas lights, too! And Henry, well, yes, he needs some fresh air from time to time (aren´t we all still kids inside, luckily).
____
magiceye, yes, kinda romantic!
____
Erika, fingerless, brrrr!!! Still better than me without at all! 🤣
I love the morning lights and the beauty from the market. Sorry to read you had no gloves. I don't even walk outside my house without some type of gloves and mask on. And that is just to check the mail! I can't be too careful and neither should you, dear friend.
COld has been coming in here, too. I've missed reading your blog while I've not been on computer much but I'm guessing you haven't heard back from the people you interviewed with or else it wasn't good news. I hope they are just on hold till Corinna eases.
The lights do make everything look nice.
All the best Jan
