Hi there, blog friends! I hope all of my U.S. friends had a lovely Thanksgiving weekend with family and friends! 

There's a new card challenge in blogland, and it's right up my alley ~Perfectly CAS!

I love how they emphasize using one third or less for their criteria and hope I was able to manage it with my design ~

I masked the lower-left corner and blended a few Altenew inks to fade into white, then stamped this sweet little girl, tree, and sentiment. I also added sparkle with my falling snow stencil using glass bead glitter gel. Since this is a 5 x 5.5" card, I'll be creating a custom envelope...

Hi there, blog friends ~ I've been nursing a 'Stye' (in my good eye) so this will be a quick post. I always enjoy playing along with CASology, so I hope my ice skating polar bear fits the bill for this week's cue ~

 That's what polar bears do in the north pole, right? Everything on this card is from MFT except for the snowflakes. I colored the bear with Copics and used Stickles on the icebergs for sparkle...the ice pond was created with a shadow die and shaded with distress inks.

Did you notice my new gorgeous 'backdrop'? My special thanks to Loll...I really love it!!!

A really quick post tonight to share a card I created for CASology. This week's Cue Card is 'Cute', so I couldn't resist using a brand new set by Wplus9, 'Friends for all Seasons - Fall' ~

My apologies for the poor quality of the photo...we have overcast skies today, and I had to use artificial lighting. 

He's cute, right? I was in the mood to use my colored pencils on Kraft, so I stamped the images, colored everything with pencils, and added Glossy Accents for the balloons :)

I have the honor of being Guest Designer at Tag You're It Challenge, and I love the inspiration tag Kara created for us!

Here is my tag:

I was inspired by Kara's sweet scene, and wanted to work on my Copic coloring skills...yes, I know her hair is orange! This was my 3rd try, and if I went any further, I would have created a mess! So, I finally had to let it go :) I also like that Kara placed her die cut sentiment along the top, but I had no room on my tag, even after mounting it to a card base...I chose this small sentiment, added a few clear PTI Rain Stones and Paper Smooches Shadow Stamps in Soft Stone, and that was it!

Since I tried to work on my Copic coloring, I am going to add this tag/card to Kathy's 30 Day Coloring Challenge, as well.
