Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shortening or butter (softened)
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar (or raw sugar)
  • 3/4 cup sugar (or raw sugar)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour (you can also use white flour or half whole-wheat/half white)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups oats (rolled or quick oats)
  • 1 12-oz. package chocolate chips
Directions
Cream together first six ingredients. Add flour, baking soda, salt, and oats. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Roll into 1-1 1/2-inch balls.
To freeze: Place cookie balls on a cookie sheet and freeze for one to two hours. Remove from cookie sheet and place in an airtight freezer bag.
To bake: Pull out the desired amount of balls and place on a greased cookie sheet for 30-45 minutes to thaw. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until done.

Stained Glass Cookies

¾ Cup Sugar
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
½ tsp Vanilla
2 ½ Cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
Food Coloring (about 4 different colors)
*Mix dough and separate into balls and add coloring and mix
Form into shapes and bake at 325

Yummy Cookies

Cholesterol-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat oven 300 degrees.

Mix in medium size bowl
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups chocolate chips

Mix in Large Bowl
3/4 cup (packed) brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup margarine

Mix in Small Bowl
3 large egg whites when fluffy
2 tbs honey
2 tsp vanilla

After all the ingredients have been mixed separately, mix them together. Drop rounded tablespoon dough balls 1 1/2 inches apart on a cookie sheet. Cook for 15 min. Makes about 24 cookies.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
2 cups soft margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white shurgar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs

1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups flour
12 oz chocolate chips


Directions:
mix first ingredients until creamy then add the rest

cook at 350 for 8-10 min or until light brown

if you would like chocolate chocolatechip cookies add 1/2 cup cocoa and 1/2 cup more flour

Peanut Butter Fingers

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Margarine
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 1/4 Cup Flour
1 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter


Directions:
Mix the 1st 6 ingredients together. Cream well. Add next 4 ingredients. Spread on Cookie Sheet. Cook at 350 for 10-12 minutes and then Frost.

WD Chocolate Macaroons (No-Bake Cookies)

3/4 C Butter
3 Cups Sugar
3/4 Cup Milk
5Tablespoons Cocoa
Boil for 1 min, Pour over

5 Cups Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
2 teaspoons Vanilla

Mix well. Spoon quickly onto wax paper. Let set.

Cake Mix Cookies (Aubrey Shaw)

choose any cake mix flavor you like
1 cube margarine/butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup choc. chips (if you want or any flavor that goes with your cake mix)

Mix all ingredients well. Scoop balls onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
