4oz spaghetti
3 slices bacon, chopped
1/2 cup onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
3 Tbs flour
1 16oz can tomatoes, cut up, undrained
1 10oz can mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup American cheese
2 cups chicken, chopped and cooked
1 10oz frozen peas
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Cook spaghetti
In a saucepan, cook bacon, onion, garlic till bacon is crisp - blend in flour
add undrained tomatoes, soup & milk
cook and stir till thickened & bubbly, add cheese
stir in spaghetti, chicken & peas
pour in 2 1/2 quart casserole dish, top with Parmesan
Bake at 350 for 45 min
serves 8

Garlic Ranch Pizza Sauce
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp ranch seasoning
1 garlic clove

WD Corn Taco Shells (Grandma Beverly)
1/2 cup corn meal
1 cup flour
1 1/2 cup water
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
Cook on hot griddle. Place by tablespoon. Spread out thinly. When the edges start to curl up turn over.
Alfredo Sauce – (Ashlynn Robb)
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 stick of butter
½ c fresh Parmesan cheese
¾ -1 c milk
Melt cream cheese and butter on low heat. Add milk and cheese until at your preferred consistency.
Variations: add chicken, spinach, broccoli, etc.
WD Chicken Lasagna
9 uncooked lasagna noodles
2 cans (10-3/4oz each) cream of chicken soup
2/3 cup milk
1 bag of frozen vegetables
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1lb bag grated mozzarella cheese
2 cans (10-3/4oz each) cream of chicken soup
2/3 cup milk
1 bag of frozen vegetables
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1lb bag grated mozzarella cheese
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. In large saucepan, combine soup and milk. Cook and stir over low heat until blended. Remove from the heat; stir in vegetables and chicken. In a greased 13x9 in baking dish, layer three noodles, a third of the soup mixture and cheese. Repeat layers twice.
Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover; bake 5-10 minutes longer or until bubbly. Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting. Yield: 9-12 servings.
Homemade Pizza Sauce
(super easy)
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp Basil
1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1 tsp sugar (makes it taste a little sweet and balances the acidity, but optional)
Mix together in bowl
Bagels or Pita Bread, french bread slices, toasted bread, whatever you like
Cheese (your pick, but I like mozzarella)
Toppings of any kind
Put sauce on bagel or bread, place on toppings, and top with cheese. Bake at 350 till cheese is melted. Let sit for a few minutes because it will be hot. Eat and enjoy!
