6 – 8 medium carrots (1 pound), coarsely chopped
3 – 4 medium potatoes, cubed
4 boneless pork loin chops (3/4 inch thick)
1 large onion, sliced
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Place carrots and potatoes in Crockpot. Top with pork chops, onion, soup mix, and soup. Cover and cook on low for 6 – 8 hours.

STROGANOFF
Stew Meat
Sliced Onion
Salt & Pepper
1 can of Mushrooms
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup or 2 cans if there is a lot of meat
small container of Sour Cream
Put everything except the sour cream in Crockpot. Cook on low 6 – 8 hours. Stir in sour cream before serving. Serve over egg noodles.

BBQ BEEF SANDWICHES
1 Small Roast

1 bottle of your favorite BBQ Sauce
Put in crockpot. Cook on low 6 – 8 hours. Shred with fork, it will fall apart. Serve on hamburger buns. (This is the only way I will eat deer meat.)

1 Roast
1 Onion, sliced

3 Tblsp. Butter or Margerine
1 cup water
¼ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
¼ cup Flour
Place roast in Crockpot. Add vegetables and butter. Mix flour with water, salt, and pepper. Add to vegetables and meat. Cook on low 6 – 12 hours, or high for less than 6 hours.
NOTE: My kids don’t like roasted potatoes. So I add the potatoes from the crockpot to some boiled potatoes and mash with butter and milk.

CHILI CON QUESO
1 # Velveeta Cheese, cubed
1 16-oz can Chili without Beans
4 Green Onions, chopped
1 4-oz can Chopped Green Chilies
Put all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low 2 – 3 hours. Serve hot from pot. Use as a dip for corn or tortilla chips. Also is good as Taco Salad filling.
